What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form we collect the name, email address, organization, project type, referral source, and message you provide. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party embeds on this site.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your inquiry and to discuss a possible engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share inquiry information with third parties, and we do not add inquirers to a marketing list without their agreement.

Client materials

Documents and data supplied to us for processing are handled under the terms of the applicable engagement agreement, which governs where the work is performed, who may access the materials, and how long they are retained. Client materials are not used for any purpose other than performing the contracted work, and are never sold or shared with third parties. Our operations are in Michigan and Ohio and that is where work runs by default; any other arrangement is agreed with the client in writing before it happens.

Everyone who handles client materials is background checked and works under a signed confidentiality agreement. Every project ends with a documented record of what happened to the originals — returned or destroyed — agreed before the work begins. See our security page for detail.

Retention

Inquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the business relationship. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time by writing to projects@indatatechnologies.com.

Your choices

Write to projects@indatatechnologies.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
